1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JobTracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobTracker is a web-based job application tracking tool that allows users to record, organize, and monitor their job search activity. The Service is provided by the creators of JobTracker ("we", "us", "our"), based in Pennsylvania, USA.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan available by paid monthly subscription. Plan limits are subject to change with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.

5. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for 60 days will receive an inactivity warning by email. Accounts inactive for 90 days may be permanently deleted along with all associated data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from account deletion under this policy.

6. User-Generated Content — Company Reviews

JobTracker allows users to post reviews and opinions about companies and hiring processes ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you post. Reviews represent your personal opinion and experience only.
• JobTracker does not endorse, verify, or adopt any User Content as its own statement or opinion.
• You will not post content that is defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that violates any applicable law.
• We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content reported as inaccurate or harmful.
• JobTracker is an interactive computer service and is not the publisher or speaker of User Content. We assert all protections available under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230) and equivalent laws to the fullest extent permitted.

Companies or individuals who believe content is defamatory or legally actionable may contact us at contact@nffinances.com to request review. We will investigate and respond in good faith.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without permission.
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. JobTracker is operated by a solo developer and maintenance windows may occur without advance notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of JobTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes by email.
